5. How do I make money?
Sub-agents earn commission on the freight they broker. You manage shipper relationships, coordinate loads, and negotiate rates, earning a percentage of the margin on each shipment.
6. What is the commission structure?
Commission splits are outlined in your agreement. HaneyRose retains a small percentage, while the majority of the margin is paid to the sub-agent.
7. Will I have access to freight?
Yes. Through J.B. Hunt Transport Services, agents gain access to established freight networks and logistics resources across the United States.
8. Can I bring my own customers?
Yes. Sub-agents are encouraged to bring and grow their own book of business, provided it does not violate any existing agreements or non-compete obligations.
